I have read a number of reviews that seemed to suggest that this is not a good place to get unloaded or deliver. While I can't speak for others I can certainly speak for myself. I found this location to be a very good place to deliver to. When I arrived I met with the guard at the gate. I got out of my vehicle and presented my paperwork. I found that the guard was very helpful and receptive to putting me in touch with the correct people. Perhaps other drivers just stay in their cabs and don't interact. If that's the case that may explain some of the less than favorable results.
Likewise, I found that speaking with the receptionist inside while dropping off a few items was also a good experience. I found her to be pleasant efficient and helpful. When I left I held the door for somebody and that had the unexpected benefit of the guard probably seeing me and helping me in return by holding the door for me. Read moreThis place absolutely sucks as a food distribution company. I work for a store that gets their grocery items from them. They send product that is expired or very close to expiring. I have put away items that expire months/years before what is already on the shelf. That tells me they DONT do a very good job of rotating their products. They constantly send the wrong items and when you try to talk to them about it, they get butt hurt and randomly put the stickers on whatever cases they want or not at all so we cannot keep track of mispicks. Their reps that you talk to when trying to report these issues are extremely rude and nasty. Lastly, we have gotten products that have mice living in the boxes. If I owned a grocery store, I wouldn't use this place even if they gave me...
