Cheshire Community Pool — Local services in Cheshire

This pool was one of the most coolest and versatile swimming places I’ve ever seen and been to, not only were lots of cool areas to picnic and chill at but you can get a really nice view of pool inside and the environment around you!! This place also has a whole football field for you to explore and play in, a big playground for kids to enjoy themselves at, and that’s not even the best part!! This swimming place has not 1 not 2 but 5 POOLS , that’s right 5 pools one being a cute little kiddy one where babies and little kids can swim on their own, the other being a whole deep water section where you can jump & dive into the water, another being the usual laned pool and another being a shallow side for kids and adults to swim together and lastly the funnest part being the slide obstacle course where you have to get to the other side without either falling in the water or getting knocked out! 🤣 This place also allows you to bring food and other stuff, the staff was very friendly and welcoming, bathrooms were clean and organized, the vibe was actually pretty nice!! Signed my boys up for private swimming lessons. I think it was 175 per child for a 5 week course 1 day a week for 30 minutes. The price was higher because they aren’t residents of Cheshire and did not have a pool pass or something like that. Anyway it was worth it. My 6 and 13 yr old learned a lot. The one on one class is so much better. I didn’t sign them up for the 2nd class because it was only 4 weeks. So hopefully I can get them in for class 3. They had the same instructors and he was nice and patient. A class was cut short because of a thunderstorm, but they apologized and made up for it. The people were always friendly. I so recommend this place if you need the lessons and you want someone to teach you skills and techniques. ( find out about the pool pass) I didn’t want to share the photos because I didn’t get permission from the instructor to have his picture on my post. But it’s a huge pool, it wasn’t too hot inside the building, everyone besides the swimmers wore masks. So...

I was just at the pool tonight with my two boys who are learning how to swim.by me my first day at the pool I had a run in with Jason William who is the manger there very authoritative and arrogant it's his way or the highway I let it go because I am with my kids and family. Tonight no one in the pool free area other than me and my boys I had one of the blue belts to run into place and one for my kid but he insisted that it was for adults only even my 8 year old can read and nowhere it says that the blue belts are for adults to use only I was very furious and upset about Jason s authoritative and unfriendly behavior I tried to reason with him but got nowhere I thought this was a friendly environment. I guess there always has to be one person that has to ruin it for everyone else Jason s like a cop with a gun and a badge ready to enforce the law at any way possible
