Great discoveries simply require patience. However, we encountered an issue at the cashier with an individual named Huanlin (I believe thats how you spell his name also the only asian one there), who appeared to express frustration through eye-rolling and muttering under his breath when we requested newspaper to wrap nine pieces of glass, of which I wrapped eight. His demeanor was unprofessional and he seemed reluctant to engage with customers. This is my second encounter with him, the first being a cold greeting and an overall unfriendly demeanor, suggesting he may not be well-suited for customer-facing roles. It sounds like reassigning him to a non-customer-facing role would be beneficial, as his attitude is noticeable and seems to be affecting customer experiences. I was bringing in multiple tubs of clothing I see a young gentleman walk outside having a quick glance at his name tag named Alex. I kindly asked for some assistance, and I was met with attitude and whining. Being an older individual myself, he was acting like one of my five-year-old grandchildren I was so shocked to see a grown teenager act like this. He then proceeds to walk inside and ignore me after I painstakingly brought the tubs in, I was refuse service and was forced to bring them all the way back to my car and I had to leave my three-year-old granddaughter in the car and she started having a meltdown.    Read moreHit or miss honestly. I usually find good pieces for gentleman, but I almost never find good pieces for the ladies. Some of the things are overpriced, but if you get lucky you can find some good stuff. I do think some things are constantly on display and don't change, for example: ties. I went around October and then went 12/29 and saw some of the same ties. Staff is sweet, but sometimes unprofessional. Overheard them bad talking a manager and admitting they would quit and such or "show them a piece of their mind" but I think they were just upset because they were very sweet with me overall.
