Kimberly-Clark Chester Mill — Local services in Chester

So like many others, I read the reviews and was a little concerned but nonetheless, I had to go regardless, so I made sure that I was obviously early for my appointment. They’re really is no clear instructions on what to do when you arrive no sign that says park here do this do that so you just kinda gotta figure it out. However, You are supposed to park on the street and then Go across the crosswalk into the trailer that says shipping I think it says shipping anyways I can’t remember. They will tell you to drop your trailer and then Bobtail somewhere, they are supposed to call you when your trailer is ready. I didn’t wanna go too far because I needed to get on the road. I had about six hours to drive and I really didn’t wanna waste any time so I ended up parking at the end of second street far enough away, where I wasn’t in the way of the yard dogs, and close Enough so that I could see my trailer. They didn’t take too long to load my trailer roughly 2 hours because of the fact that I decided to stay put, I was able to see exactly when he pulled my trailer out of the dock and I immediately went in and got my paperwork now they were just kind of chilling, no rush But I was able to get my paperwork and get out of there. I will tell you that the lot to pick up your trailer is typically going to be located on Morton Street, which is to the right of the facility That was the only thing that kind of confused me is I could not figure out how to get into that yard and had to go back to ask, turn right on Morton Street and go past the correction facility towards the casino and take a right, other than that it was a good experience, now if you just sit and wait, yeah, it may take a little bit longer because you’re not putting any pressure on them to Hurry up with your paperwork but if you’re aware and they are gonna get you...

This is not a company,this is circus...They are just abusing drivers as much they can...My window for pick up preloaded trailer was between 01-08-2025 13:00 and 01-09-2025 13:00...Checked in on 01-09-2025 at 9:00 am...They put trailer to get loaded on the door at 13:00 and now is 20:30 still not done and to add if you ask after 9 hrs of waiting they will just say it's on the door we will let you know when is done...Companies like this shouldn't even exist,if you don't want trucks then don't ship your things,just close the doors of the company...I wish you all the worst same way that you guys doing to the poor drivers that end up picking up loads from you....I know who will never come here again even if that costs...

I was about to have a 5 star experience at this place but unfortunately the morning lady (Andrea) at the shipping office ruined it. I checked in around 1:30 am, way earlier than my appointment time, and was told I will get a call once I’m loaded. I got a call at 5 am. I asked if I could pick it up couple of hours later and the guy said “sure no problem “. I checked back at 7:30. It was a new shift then. She started hostile with me off the bat for no reason inserting power. Yelling and screaming. Only when I said “ I’m not white please don’t be hostile with me “ is when she started to calm down.

I filed a complaint with supervisor Lamar Christmas.

People with power issues shouldn’t be given public...
