In all honesty, no... I absolutely did not enjoy my experience. When I pulled up to the drive thru speaker, I was told "we'll be with you in a minute." I waited patiently for over 15 minutes, before addressing the speaker myself. No answer back. After doing this for over 5 more minutes, someone finally said "oh, sorry... can I take your order? 3 piece Chicken Strip Meal. Simple order. When I pulled up to the window, there had been no one in front of me at all. The teller asked for my name. What? Um... I literally JUST placed my order. "Oh... hold on." Left, then eventually returned asking "did she take your card?" Mind you, this was the same person. "No... you're the only person I've seen." She promptly leaves without a word. Really? Whatever. Another girl comes to the window to take payment. After some time passes, the first girl returns to the window, and asks "did you get your card back?" I replied "no." She rolls her eyes and leaves the window. She again returns with my card, then asks me to pull up to the line to wait for my food. Really? No one has been in front of me the entire time. At this point I had been in the drive thru for over a half hour. Another vehicle pulls up to the window, shortly after I pulled up to the line. They are promptly rung up, handed their food, then drive away. Still... I get to wait even longer. After having waited for around 50 minutes in total, I FINALLY get my order, with a half-hearted "sorry", which does nothing to comfort my understandable frustration at this point. I could've sat down and ate in any other dine-in restaurant in less time. This was the absolute worst experience I can recall in forever. I have not returned since and have zero aspirations to do so any time soon. The only silver lining is, the food was okay, which barely turned an "F" score to a "D minus". The fact that I would dedicate my time to typing the entire event out should confirm just how bad of a lasting impression it left with me. Read more** The Owner reached out and has taken care of my issue and was extremely apologetic for the inconvenience and experience we had. Because of this I am changing my rating from a 1 star to a 3 star and will try them out again!
I really hate to do this, but if I could rate this a zero star I absolutely would. I placed an order on 12/15 at 12:42 pm for a 3:30pm pick up. We arrived to pick our order up and it was nowhere to be found- they gave it to another customer. OVER an hour later we finally got our food with ZERO compensation. The manager said there was nothing they could do without the owner of the store knowing and that the owner would call me. Here we are 3 days later and NO call from the owner. I'm sorry, what's the point of having a manager if they can't help with customer complaints/ issues. We get home and half of our potatoes are cold, fries were soggy, and chicken was dry. Worst $115 I've ever spent. Fast forward to the next day and I call the store to ask about the situation. An employee answers the phone, did not announce the stores name and when I asked if I had called Chicken Shack I received a "yeah" then I asked to speak to a manager and I received a "what do you need". Then after me asking 3 times, the individual i spoke with said they were the manager.
This was BY FAR the WORST customer service and food ever. Very disappointed that the Manager and Owner seem to care less about how they are running a business, and I plan on telling any and everyone who wants their food to stay...

Being the only person in the drive thru I waited 10 mins for food. Hmmm okay maybe then when I asked about the dinner rolls, I was told they are seperate. Really??? They didn't come with the family meal? Okay I'll take 6. She charges me for 6, I finally get my food and we leave. Not even a quarter mike down the road, they're not in my bag. Go back and get my dinner rolls. I drive to the speaker proceed to explain I'm missing my potatoes. A young gentleman came to the window I said I was missing my dinner rolls, mind you it wasn't even 5 mins. I was asked, did you order them? (With an attitude) Yes I did. Then comes back, do you have your receipt, (another attitude) I see nothing. Seriously, do you really think I'm here to steal dinner rolls. As I'm looking for my receipt to prove I bought the rolls another lady come to the window much nicer I explain now furious I was called a liar or accused of trying to scam dinner rolls. She brought me the rolls and I gave the receipt to her to price yes I did buy them. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! And I was given the rolls in the packaging from Aunt Millie's!!! smh First and LAST I will ever go there again. I'm sorry Popeye's I'm coming back wasted $50 of dry chicken !!...
