I had a 5 star review but had to change it. First, do not bother making an appointment. They will not honor it even with confirmation from the store that my noon appointment was confirmed. My real problem is, recently went to get my elderly father an easier phone to use on our plan. Later that week, I wanted a prepaid separate hot spot. Now my father's flip phone will not work saying "Sim card issues" that was set up in store and now claiming his phone is "prepaid only" which is not what we discussed. It is supposed to be on our plan. I cannot come in at last minute notice and my elderly disabled father is left without a phone until I can get there. The phone worked fine until I wanted to put money on my separate hotspot, which I prepaid $70 on a week ago and it still says no money on it and will not woek. Over $100 down the drain. I am very very frustrated as I trusted this setup because it was done by the manager. Maybe because we came in the last hour before closing it got messed up but im very unhappy with wasting the money on the hotspot and my disabled father being without any form of communication! The entire account is messed up and I cannot get there until later in the week to fix. I am very disappointed. Att in portage is awful. Where do I go to get real att help? Maybe we will switch after decades with att. This is expensive and time consuming. Time I do not have. If you're open, please take your time and do it right or tell us to come back. I thought an hour before close was adequate. However, it messed up our entire account and ate $70 prepaid I put on my hot spot. I'm kind of livid.
