Please do not respond to this message with a generic apology. Based on numerous customer experiences shared publicly, it appears that issues such as mine often go unresolved. I visited your restaurant and walked directly to the counter to place an order. There were no other customers at the counter at that time. I placed my order at 8:02 PM. At 8:40 PM, an employee brought me my ice cream and asked if I had received my food. I informed her that I had not, and she realized that my order had not been prepared at all. Although this was frustrating, I calmly requested a refund. The employee became visibly upset, processed the refund, and then threw the money on the counter. When I counted it, the amount was incorrect. She then ran to the back, yelling, and threw the ice cream in the trash. As I waited for someone to assist me, a woman identifying herself as the general manager approached and asked how she could help. I explained the situation and let her know I was still waiting for my full refund. She went to the back to speak with the employee, which resulted in a loud argument. What followed was a shouting match involving the employee, the manager, and myself. Ultimately, I was told not to return to the store all because I asked for a refund after not receiving my order. Read moreThey never make orders right, can't count how many times we've gone in trying to get our blizzards mixed ALL the way through, just to come home & find nothing mixed at the bottom!🤦♀️ Then today they child at the front literally told my husband "sorry they didn't make your cone the way you wanted it" & expected him to just accept it?! Oo and can't forget how the little girl rolled her eyes after asking for a clean spoon since she threw it on the counter after she kept forgetting to give one for the blizzard in the first place. ALL while the manager just sat down playing on her phone, as if no one could see her!?! I've worked in the food service and completely understand dealing with hard/busy situations but OMG there is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for a place to be ran like this!! Got some full sized peanuts in the bottom of a cup, then some syrup then a little ice cream on top. They asked if I wanted a lid, and I asked to confirm that they heard my order ok, as they were having trouble hearing people. She just held it upside down and asked again. I noticed it looked more like chocolate than vanilla, so I mentioned that I just wanted vanilla, and was told they put chocolate syrup in it too. And that’s “how we make them” while shoving it into my drivers hands.
Worst DQ I’ve ever been to. I dislike chocolate syrup and my driver nearly choked on huge whole peanuts hidden in the bottom of the cup.
We both threw them away and went across to mc Donald’s to get some vanilla ice cream with mms in it and a vanilla fudge sundae with crushed nuts.
