Absolutely disappointed...was on my way to visit family and saw their sign and figured I'd stop by. I am always looking for Apple Butter and it is hard to find by me. I did find apple butter there and thought the price was ok $11.45 for a larger jar. The store is cute, prices seemed fair, MOST of the staff were friendly although I did witness one employee embarrassing a little girl and her family over 1 grape. She was right that the fruit was not free but I am SURE she has to throw away more than 1 grape a day. But the APPLE BUTTER!?!? Yuck I have NEVER had Apple butter that was sour it tastes like it was made from rotten apples. Terrible, I cannot eat it. What a waste. Leaving the store yesterday I had a bad taste in my mouth from the employees nasty tone and again this morning when I tasted the rotten apple butter. Shame, such a shame I will never go back and I've made sure to tell my family in the area to avoid this place...

Their staff is unbeatable for knowledge and friendliness. If you have a question they have an answer and if they don't they will get it for you. There are a lot of farms around the area and I've been to all of them but always find my way back to Gould's and that's where we buy. Once more our thanks Dottie,Linda...
