Ralphs Appliance Brodheadsville — Local services in Chestnuthill Township

We were traveling in our Motorhome on 9/2025 and our refrigerator needed to be replaced. The campground we were staying recommended Ralph’s Appliance Plus in Brodheadsville, PA. We spoke with Nelson a few times and agreed to purchase a new refrigerator from them. After set up and delivery I tried several times to register the warranty but kept having issues trying so I contacted Frigidaire and found out the “ new” refrigerator had been previously registered in July 2022! I have tried to contact Ralph’s Appliance Repair several times by email, text and phone calls with no luck.

If I could leave 1/2 star i would ... do not use there service to come fix anything . They came to look at a dryer the guy in the store said he would come check the vents inside dryer and clean them out. Service guy came took apart fixed a bearing issue put back togather was here 5 mins charged 160.00 . 5 mins after he left dryer doing same thing it was before he came .. called complaint sent him back out . Took back apart said vents were good .. 1 hr after my wife went to finish drying the wash and dryer started smoking.. I pulled it out of the house . My family needed a new oven after months of just being able to use the stove top. My husband applied for their financing options and it was super easy to get approved. Nelson, was a great help and very nice. He was honest and got us a delivery date for the next day. The delivery guys were super nice and did it fast as well. They made sure it was leveled, pushed in all the way, fit in the spot the right way, they told me what I needed to do before I used it fully and turned it on to show me that it worked.
