I visited the store to pick up some last-minute items for a Father’s Day event. Upon arrival, I mentioned to a young woman—who appeared to be a recently promoted manager—that I was looking for serving platters and possibly other items, though I wasn’t sure exactly what I needed yet. She pointed me in the direction of the platters, but as I was thoughtfully assessing options for size, shape, and how everything would fit the venue setup, she repeatedly hovered nearby—not to offer assistance, but seemingly to watch me.

It wasn’t until I gave her a pointed look and explained exactly what I was doing that she finally asked if I needed help, and even then it felt a bit forced. Between that uncomfortable interaction and the store’s limited stock, I only purchased the items I had already decided on and chose to shop elsewhere for the rest.

That said, the balloon staff and cashier were both kind and genuinely helpful. Had I only interacted with the “manager,” I likely wouldn’t have bought...

It was me and my husband first time here in our whole entire life!!! And let me tell you😂😂…… this was the best experience ever!!! When I tell you it’s the best….. it is theeeee best ever!!!! First impressions is everything and they damn sure did the thing there🥰🥰everyone had perfectly above and beyond customer service. We went in to buy costumes and everyone was just sooo perfect m!!!! They was veeery welcoming To me, My Husband and 1 Year old daughter… Sadly I woke up and had a bad day before getting there…. But they definitely made me laugh and smile and the type of person I am… it takes a lot to turn my frown upside down!! We love you guys and definitely coming...

From my experience, this business deserves the full 5 stars from the initial call, planning, correspondence and execution. I looked at so many other event planning services before selecting this one and their high rating is well deserved. Paola and Shannon were amazing in how detail oriented, talented and kind they were in making sure the party went as smoothly as planned.
