My daughter started here shortly before she turned 5yo and we have absolutely loved our time at Cheyenne BJJ (military is moving us, otherwise we would still be going there). Bonus, on Fridays, when class is a little more focused on fun (obstacle course or other functional activities) rather than specific techniques, they would let my youngest daughter (3yo) join in with the group. I was very happy with the quality and detailed instructions from coach Gigi, and there was a lot of active / constructive feedback to help the learning process. I would absolutely recommend both white and colored belts from visiting!
Any gym is defined by the folks there, and Cheyenne BJJ had a great team that was friendly and supporting. Everything from beginners starting their journey to hardcore ex military colored belts that put the crush on me :) Loving it, and hope to come back...
