Luxury Inn — Hotel in Cheyenne

I give this place four stars because of the no-nonsence fixed rate. Pets? It's cool. Same price. Extra people? It's fine. Same price. It's kind of run down, but it's tucked away and there's not a lot of bs going on here. This hotel is ran by a very nice, Christian, couple. You will be asked if you believe in Jesus Christ, and you will be asked to pray before you're taken to your room. Don't let this discourage you. These folks are non judgemental, and theyre more likely to sympathize with their clients than they are with law enforcement. There seems to be a bit of supernatural activity.....for lack of a better term, but nothing that will cause you to flee. I recommend this hotel if you don't want to be found, or if you have pets or extra people staying with you. There are train tracks very close. If the sound bothers you, stay on...

Unsafe and unsecured. We were told there was no key to our room because the last guest ran off with it and they hadn't had time to call a locksmith... we checked in at 10:30pm. There were other empty rooms. The room was mostly clean aside from pretty dusty ceiling and window ledge. Mattresses were box spring hard but no box springs and very low to the floor. Pillows were flat... very flat. This is NOT the cheapest places in town but we were stuck because we made reservations- nonrefundable. Our bad. The #1 reason not to go here? Safety. You can't rest knowing someone can let themselves in your locked room anytime... and yet you can't. Who'd feel safe leaving anything in their room to go to breakfast somewhere?? Manager just said "sorry but..." Stay away from this...

This place is disgusting and horrible! My husband and I booked a room here for him myself and our service dogs. I called the day before to ensure our service dogs were fine to come and I was reassured they were. After traveling for 17 hours we get to the hotel and are told we need to show our certificate for our service animals, she doesn't beleive our animals are service animals, service animals and all animals bring "bed bugs" i sent proof of our animals being service animal and was told no it's wrong its not the certificate she wanted. My husband an i are to young we don't need service animals we look just fine so she stated "obviously your service animals are fake." This is a crappy hotel with crappy service.
