Luxury Yacht Party — Local services in Chicago

We had a rental from 4-7 and they get there by 5:45 for us and start throwing a fit that we weren’t happy about them being nearly 2 hours late. Kept saying “get off the boat then!”. Very unprofessional and need to control their tempers when THEY were the ones who were late.

Saying it’s a crazy weekend as if it’s our fault. Avoid this company at all costs. Took us out for 1 hour and still made us pay a full 3-hr fuel charge and 3-hr captains fee.

Didn’t even anchor. Went to playpen and hooked a U-turn so quickly as to where we could hardly even enjoy the view. Punished us for them being late. Makes no sense. Then rushed us off the boat after. Should’ve cost us $0 for this...

It was amazing! I rented a yacht for Father’s Day and my husband loved it! One of the owners met us with a parking pass and then the captain helped us board. They called us ahead of time to ask us if we needed anything extra and all the fees were explained up front. We were allowed to bring our own food aboard and play our own music. They were so professional and knowledgeable and the ride was smooth. My 3 year old was also aboard with a life jacket. They were on time and explained to us what to expect in terms of the weather and the ride. We enjoyed our charter and we are looking forward to another...
