Came to Pier31 for a day party in June. The event was super packed, which I was fine with- however my experience was completely soured by the awful customer service from one of the female bartenders. I felt faint from the crowding mixed with heat and practically had to beg for water. She refused to sell me a bottle of water, a cup of water from the soda dispenser, regular soda/juice or EVEN a cup of ice. She said she would only allow me to buy liquor (after waiting in line for the bar for 20 minutes and being ushered to the front by concerned patrons ahead of me in line). The female bartender was extremely nasty about the entire situation (especially due to the fact that people were passing out at the event). She turned me away and told me to find a water fountain. Absolutely disgusting and...
