Please exercise extreme caution when using this company. Quote Received: 7/1/25 Deposit Sent: 7/6/25 Email followup: 7/8/25 After the email followup, they claimed they never received the deposit (via Zelle) despite bank confirming the transaction was processed on-time and as requested. They doubled down on their claim, then stating someone had placed a deposit down before us on 7/7/25. Chatted with them on the phone questioned how 7/6/25 is "after" 7/7/25, confirmed all facts and they agreed they were in-fact mistaken, blamed the weekend/not checking transfers/etc. Offered $200 off for "their bad" but on a different day. Despite having utilized their services previously (flawlessly I might ad) Too many "mistakes" happened here...

Okay so let’s start with yes I am upset… HIGHLY upset! But that is not the reason why I am leaving a bad review. I am leave this review in hopes to convince you not you trust this business nor their lack of customer service skills. This business is a fake and a phoney. We had an event booked for my friends birthday and they realized they double booked us and instead of being reasonable and trying to accommodate us for THEIR MISTAKE, they became combative with us.
