Ordered a couch here and it showed up over 2 months late. When I purchased, I was told by Delvin that if it wasn't what I wanted, they would "work with me." When it finally came and wasn't as comfortable as I'd hoped, I tried to return the couch. I had difficulty getting anyone to call me back for about a month. I finally went in person. Delvin asked if I was "just interested in something cheaper" implying I only wanted to return because of the price. He then recommended stomping on the cushions to break them in. We went back to Tom's Price several times to furnish three rooms for our new home. We purchased bedroom furniture & living room furniture and a sectional couch for the basement.
