It was just okay. Came around 1:30 on a Saturday, was decently busy. I ordered a cider and chocolate almond croissant, my friend ordered an iced chai and a chocolate almond croissant. In total we paid around 30$ altogether, so pretty steep. Usually at other shops I prefer my pastries warmed but I was not given that option here, and I didn't really enjoy the croissant cold. My cider was on the smaller side (the croissant was twice the size of the cider) but good. When I went to pick up my friends iced chai, it was made hot. Apparently the cashier had forgotten to mark it as iced, which would have been no biggie except the barista who handed off the drink to me had a bit of an attitude when I asked her to fix the mistake. She seemed upset that I wanted the drink remade. I worked as a barista elsewhere for a few years so I understand it's upsetting to have to remake a drink, especially near closing, but it truly was their mistake and it's what you need to do from a customer service standpoint. Specifically the cashier asked, do you want it hot or iced, and we both heard my friend answer iced, it was 100% a mistake on the cafe's end yet they had an attitude about rectifying it. I know reviews like this can hurt the business, and that is not my intention, I do think this place is worth a try. I just would like to see them offer to warm pastries, and practice a little more kindness in their customer service interactions. Be warned their hours are limited, their drink menu is pretty small, and prices are high. Their strong points are a good pastry selection and cute...
Read moreFloriole Cafe & Bakery was exactly the cozy, welcoming spot we needed to start our morning. The moment we walked in, the air was thick with the warm, heavenly aromas of freshly brewed coffee and pastries straight out of the oven. It’s one of those places that feels like a hidden treasure; with its bright, open space and calm vibe, it’s the perfect setting to kick off the day.
We ordered a mocha, and it was love at first sip. Rich and velvety, the coffee was perfectly balanced—not too sweet, but with just the right hint of chocolate to complement the deep, full-bodied espresso. The foam on top was light and creamy, adding a luxurious touch to each sip.
For breakfast, we couldn’t resist the Honey Pecan Sticky Bun. Made from flaky croissant dough rolled around a cinnamon-sugar filling, each bite was an indulgent experience. The bun was perfectly golden, with a fluffy interior and just the right amount of crispness on the edges. The orange zest in the filling brought a subtle citrus note that balanced the gooey, caramelized honey glaze beautifully, while the toasted pecans on top added a delightful crunch and a hint of warmth. The combination of textures and flavors was simply out of this world.
Floriole Cafe & Bakery is a true gem—whether you're craving expertly crafted coffee or a pastry that feels like a work of art, it’s a spot that leaves a lasting impression. We’ll definitely be...

I came here to kill an hour on a Sunday afternoon. It looked like a nice spot with plenty of seating and good pastries. There was indeed plenty of seating, but everything else ended up disappointing.
My order of drip coffee and almond croissant added up to $9.50. The croissant was 4.75, which means the 12 oz drip coffee was $4 something (i'm not sure how much the tax was). I instantly had a little sticker shock, but I was planning on getting a refill anyways so I figured I would get my money's worth.
The almond croissant was really subpar. It was decently big, but it was too dense and overbaked so the texture of the outside was hard, dry, and crunchy. I think they put powdered sugar on it to cover up the fact that it was overdone.
When I went to ask for a refill on my drip coffee, the barista informed me that refills are $1. I was a little shocked given that it was already $4 for a 12 oz coffee and the only labor involved is putting my cup back under the spigot. He did at least allow me to hand him a dollar instead of waiting in the 5+ person line, which I appreciated.
Overall, to reuse the word, this place was disappointing, and I wouldn't recommend anyone going out of their way to get coffee or...
