UPDATE** My husband and Jimmy have been Communicating off and On for the last few weeks and he promised deer to be ready this Month!! Jimmy kept his promise and we picked up the mount today!!! My husband is overjoyed and so am I. I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Jimmy personally today and the level of integrity and humbleness this man has for his work and the people who trust him to do their work has truly humble me. A miscommunication is all this was and like I told Jimmy I will always make my wrongs right!! And I was wrong!! Like someone said in another review since Covid we have all fallen on hard times, and majority of us are still trying to recover. Patience is what we all need for one another and I’m truly learning that with this process. Red River taxidermy and the Garrison family have a history together and you don’t break that history over a misunderstanding! Jimmy is a good man and my husband plans to continue to use his service because he is the best! I’m attaching my husband’s mount!!!...

BEWARE. Dropped off deer and was promised they would be ready before bow season 2022. Prepaid in full and I went out of my way to get a promise of when it would be done before I left the work as this was our first time using him. I have text after text that were ignored as well as phone calls. Should have looked at other reviews before doing business here. Had to threaten taking legal action to get deer finished. Very nice guy full of apologies when you get him on phone or in person but clearly this is a well established pattern based off of my experience, my friends experience and reviews. Probably one of the worst experiences I have had. Dropped off a deer in November of 2022 and still have yet to get this back as a mount. He likes to not answer and the few times that he does, he will continue to give you empty promises. If you read through the reviews on this company you’ll notice a trend of people updating their reviews because they initially had problems. It’s been 15 months and from the very beginning I have been told it would be ready in about 30 days. I made him give me a firm date and he still chose not to get this done and now completely ignoring our phone calls yet again.

My next step will be to call the game warden and get this...
