I am going to hop on a previous review below, about the Chilton WI Walgreens. Their DEA computers are down. I am disabled, I take 21 prescriptions. Thursday, I am out of some of my medications, that I must have, period. I ask since my prescriptions are ready for pick up can't you just sell them to me at the counter.... answer no. I need them, how do I go about getting my prescriptions..... answer wait until are computers are up. Friday, again wait until the computers are up.... Now it is Monday the following week without any prescriptions... Can I get my prescriptions..... No.... How do I get my prescriptions.... Wait for the computers to come up..... Bull.... I go to the Walgreens store in Kaukauna, trying not to get angry at them. I need my meds, some are controlled substances. Kaukauna says I have to call the DR. to have new prescriptions issued. So my DR. understands and orders them immediately. Since YOU had these filled at Chilton and can't pick them up, YOU have to call Chilton and have them remove them from the Computer system or have them (Chilton) call central processing and have them remove them from the computer system.
Call Chilton, woman says ok I removed them. Kaukauna goes to process them, can't fill them they were just filled in Chilton several days ago. Get that done, now Kaukauna has insurance problem and can't fill them.
I call Walgreens Corporate office and speak to some woman. Half hour later, get told to pick up my meds in Kaukauna, all fixed. Get to Kaukauna, they are filled and one more I didn't order.
Solution... Call Express Scripts mail order service and have them take over as many meds that they can and send them to the house. If Corporate America had a brain, they would...
Read moreHad three medicines to pick up. Went to the drive-thru and gave all the information needed. Paid and then given a bag. Confused I asked " is this all three?"... The worker replied " uhhh no it's just one." I told her the other two I needed. She said one was under review and the other was being filled by her other coworker as fast as she can and to come back in 20 mins. Tempted to just turn around and get back in line because that's how long it took to get to the window I just went home ( being sick and tired,I wanted to get sleep) I sent my husband an hour later to go grab my antibiotics while I slept. When it's finally his turn to grab my stuff he's told they don't have any and won't get any in until Monday ( it's Friday) and that the other medicine they don't have an order for.( Why was I told earlier that it was being filled and to come back in 20 mins?!. We live in the next town over!).... Called Walmart to transfer the order. They had both things in less then 30 mins.... Never wasting my time again with Walgreens. This happens way to often. The people working behind the counter don't have a sense of urgency or any sense in general.. Good luck Walgreens I don't see you being around...

Update 2022: The pandemic has not faired well for Walgreens. This location has hit rock bottom. Limited hours and limited days open, and very slow. The staff turnaround is terrible. Staff seems overworked and unhappy.
2019: The pharmacy at the Chilton Location is amazing. They go ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me every time. With numerous preauthorizations, insurance issues and changes. The techs are always on it! They are extremely friendly, knowledgable, and they seem to work very well together. I have never been happier with a pharmacy, and I have used several. I highly recommend this pharmacy. Be kind to them, have patience, and they will help you. Know that many things are beyond...
