My mother and I had ordered my letterman jacket from them a little over 3 months ago they said it would take a little over a month after a while I got confused because they said they’d call us when it was done and we called them and they completely forgot about the order and said they’d give us a call when it was ready and yet again some time passed and we got worried and my mom called again and they said it was done but this time they messed up the order and added a hood and they said they’d call us yet again exactly 1 month from that I reminded my mom about it and she called and they had it ready but didn’t tell us and didn’t apologize or anything for not telling us. The jacket is good but for that kinda money and not getting it on time and poor communication it’s kinda exhausting and not worth it. I doubt it’s like that with every customer but just be aware...
