When I first moved up here, the owner/ piercer did two piercings for me my septum and my daith she’s absolutely amazing and sweet had no problems with the piercings at all actually surprised how fast my septum piercing healed.

So fast forward my son wanted his ears pierced he’s 11 so was a no brainer to go back to her. Also I wanted two more piercings. I stopped by to ask if they could do it and the young lady at the front desk said yes all they needed was a birth certificate to prove he’s son. Which I appreciate them going the extra step most places won’t do that. Unfortunately she had left and the young lady wasn’t for sure if she’d be back for the day or not. To be fair I didn’t have his birth certificate either so I was told to call back. To make a very long story short. After three weeks of trying to catch her. I gave up and went somewhere else. I do understand she has another job that takes precedence over her piercing. I was told several times she would be there after 4pm but once I called she wouldn’t be there or just had left. No one would make an appointment for me, nor even suggested it. They never asked for my phone...

The piercer is not professional saying they are available days prior. But when you message to see if available or booked they will blow you off. Took 3 messages to get a response saying which is paraphrasing "oops i am not available". Apparently money is not a problem with them so good for them. Panama or Dothan is your only option sadly. Another thing make sure you have something simpler to use no threads. Maybe when someone is calling saying they want there ear pierced for the first time. THAT SHOULD BE THE FIRST THING YOU SAY. what a unprofessional shop. Laid back...

I was very hesitant about getting my twins’ ears pierced. I called and spoke with Tina, who was very professional and polite. First impressions are a big deal to me.
