If I could I would give no stars. Rude customer service. Store was set to open at 10am on Saturday. The girl shows up RIGHT AT 10 am, then proceeds to open the door and then lock everyone out again while she opened the store. She took her time; she was not hurrying at all. She was then very rude; did not even apologize for making everyone wait for an extra 5 minutes. Maybe the sign should not say opens at 10am, it should say the store will open whenever the lazy, rude employee decides to show up. I won't be going...

I spent almost $400 Here and she charged me hidden fees that she refused to take off saying it was mandatory yet the other cricket store I bought my wife's phone at in Madera the SAME day did not charge the same fees.
