Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Chowchilla

*UPDATE 6-2--25! Well nothing has changed . But yet watch this review will have another response telling me to email or contact them with further details. I think it's pretty obvious what the problem is at this Jack in the box. It's not rocket science people. The fries that we received were disgusting! They lookex like they had been sitting for hours thrown back in the oil and then sitting again possibly for more hours. The food was cold the milkshake was watery and I sat in the Drive-Thru forever. I stopped coming because of this reason tried it again and nothing has changed.

I used the online ordering app which said my order would be ready at 11:40 a.m. I entered the location at 11:45 a.m.. I sat there for 25 minutes watching three employees and a manager working like turtles. Nobody in the restaurant had any food and there was a doordash lady that said she was 15 minutes late to her customer. I watched the manager go in the back office, surf her phone, disappear etc, instead of helping getting orders out. There were bags piled up on the counter that seemed they just needed drinks. There's a lot of horrible mismanagement going on. They need a lot of motivation in that Jack in the Box location! That was absolutely ridiculous. After all that the food was cold and service was terrible. At least put a smile on your face. Do not respond to this to reach out and how disappointed you are. The only reason why I gave the service 4 stars is because it's all brand new staff who's being bombarded at a newly opened popular fast food restaurant so it can take some time to get your order and there's a chance that it may be incorrect. With that being said I have never had employees or managers go out of their way more to make it right and apologize. So that one missing star is just due to it being new and insanely busy but I have no doubt with the staff that they have and from what I've seen /experienced to be exemplary work ethic it will be five...

Absolutely horrible customer service the slowest service I've ever seen waited 20 minutes for a chicken sandwich never to be served how the heck do you fail on how long it takes to make food it's supposed to be fast food for a reason been there three times and every time it takes him 20 minutes plus just to get my order and I use the mobile order all the time terrible service I hope this location shuts down completely I know it's new but who cares they suck at...
