Worst service ever! I ordered shirts for a memorial in May, The shirts were not ready the day of so they rushed them. The first wash all the lettering came off. I’ve been messaging them and calling them with no effort to return my messages. I sent the shirts back for a refund and they said they would remake the shirts. Here we are 6 months later, no shirts and no refund! What bothers me the most, I’m in a totally different state so I can’t walk in and speak to them. But someone should have contacted me by now and apologize for the lack of urgency or communication to make this right! I paid $88.05 for three shirts I don’t have, nor did I get an apology or a refund! Six months is long enough to fix your mistake and remake the shirts or to acknowledge your mistake and refund my money! At least reach out to your customer instead of ignoring me and doing nothing!
