I have purchased two brand new vehicles in a three year time frame, both for my business, both Chevy because that has always been my vehicle of choice, before purchasing these last two I also owned a 2000 Chevy that was purchased from Steve's Chevrolet, to me customer loyalty is important as a business owner I value each and every one of my customers because after all that is how I support my family. My current issue is after taking my 2019 black Chevy in to Steve's twice for tranny issues only to be told after changing the oil and readjusting it, everything was fine. Of course everything was still under the warranty both times. Now suddenly upon warranty expiration guess what??? a third visit to Steve's for the same issues as before, I am now told, the transmission needs to be replaced as well as faulty oil lines, my question is how upon the expiration of the warranty is my transmission suddenly in need of full replacement? How could this have not been noticed while still under warranty? How is it that Steve's Chevrolet is doing absolutely nothing to make this situation right? Simply because they say my warranty has expired and nothing was caught while still under warranty, I find that very questionable and quite frankly I am not buying their explanation or their treatment of my years of loyalty. They have the ability to correct this situation and as a customer that repeatedly took my vehicle in for examination due to things going on that I knew were faulty, I trusted them to do what was right only to be given my truck back with a bandaid put on the real existing issues. Their behavior as a business has left me questioning why have I remained loyal thousands of dollars later when apparently the respect is one sided. I feel it is time to take my hard working dollars elsewhere. I don't think they have done their due diligence in making things...

My service advisor Alex, inspected the truck and placed an order for the replacements. The service was completed on 8/5/22. The work was beautiful. No scratches, oil smudges. Just clean great workmanship. Steves Chevrolet has done a magnificent job of making sure that my truck is always running at top performance. The people who work here are outstanding and so very friendly. My most recent experience is another reason why I'll always choose this place. Wayne Chapman the General Manager, sat down to talk with me a bit just to see how I was doing. We discussed the weather and my upcoming vacation to Shasta Lake. How often will a GM of any company take the time to sit down and talk with you about your vacation plans? Then there's Dave, of the parts department. He's always been so friendly & informative. He's always taken the time to answer any of my questions and he doesn't act as if you're bothering him. There's Theresa, who also takes the time to chat a bit and has that smile & friendliness. Another person would be Cathy, who helps me schedule my service appointments when I call. I mean WOW!!! Finally, there's Alex, my service advisor. Alex, know and understands what needs to be done. When the Job is complete he thoroughly goes over the details of my truck to let me know where it stands. He's like my doctor when I go in for my check-up & lab results, from my blood test. Simply put, this is an OUTSTANDING OUTFIT!!!!! Steves Chevrolet is hands down so much better than any other service department in this area. Thank you, Steves...
Read moreEveryone there was friendly and nice. Didn’t mind waiting the extra time for my appointment because I understand that there was only 1 tech who works on alignments at a time. However when I left my car I took a photo of the milage and the range of my gas tank. When I came back I realized that in the span of 4/5 miles my tank went down roughly 30 miles which was a whole gallon. I don’t care that the gas was used to drive the car however I know that the car while being driven was abused and floored on. When asking you guys to just tell the tech to respect peoples things they claimed they never got on the car etc which wouldn’t make sense because I’ve driven my car daily for 2 years almost 3 and never have seen my range go down 30 miles just from going around the corner and back. Unless of course I’m giving the throttle all she got which is exactly what happened in this situation. Once again I don’t care that my car was driven it’s the concept that it was abused and rather than owning up and apologizing your service team cowardly just teamed up and claimed that you guys wouldn’t ever do such thing. Then again that’s what dash cams are for. So I’ll never bring my car back here again it was by far the worst way you guys could’ve dealt with it. Once again everyone else from my parts and other stations were helpful and sweet. Like I said I just don’t appreciate the fact that the tech couldn’t own up to what he did and just for future reference someone who does have a dash cam one day will catch him in the act I can almost guarantee it just for my unfortunate case I didn’t have...
