Family Dollar — Local services in Christiansburg

I am a Employee here at this store, we work hard here to make every customer fell right at home and help them the best we can, but sometimes we all just need a day, more pay, more hours, and lower prices. Family Dollar is a wonderful place to work, but corporate could do more to make it better, by lessening to there customers and employees. We are what make Family Dollar what they are if they believe it or not if it wasn't for us and there customers there would be no stores and no $. WE ALL MATTER. Also we need automatic doors here at 4659 We have a lot of elderly people who have worked hard there whole life and don't need to hurt themselves on doors that weigh more then them to open. The store manager there is rude. She speaks to her customers like they are worth nothing. I’ve been in there hearing her speak to her cashiers with disrespect or speaking to them about coworkers or past coworkers in a negative manner. That girl is too young to be running that store. I’ve tried calling corporate and I get nowhere with that. I’ve asked for the DM’s number and he does not answer. All the years of going there I’ve never had a problem with the other store manager that was there. This needs to be resolved. The amount of times I have walked into this place and no one has been on a register is astounding. I question my own sanity going back. It’s happened at least three times now.
