Every time I drive near this place-we’re talking multiple times over the years- I stop in for a taste and to buy their chili if it’s good. I wouldn’t know if it’s good. It’s always closed, despite numerous billboard signs all over the place advertising this place. Don’t waste your time and fuel getting off the I-25 exit to go to Chugwater Chili. Best damn powdered chili you’ll have. They carry it in the groceries stores in northern Colorado and my wife and I absolutely love this chili.
