Dollar General — Local services in Churubusco

So this store consistently just has boxes and stuff stacked everywhere. Just navigating the store is a chore. The store is also just closed randomly whenever they feel like because the employees don't get the time they need to stock the store. So any time they need to stock stuff they just close. It's incredibly frustrating now having made several trips now to the store just for it to be closed. And you'd think with all of the time spent randomly closed, or closing the register and making everyone use self checkout that basic stuff should regularly be in stock. NOPE. Just basic stuff is consistently out of stock. Also the marked prices on most everything are wrong which is also infuriating. I don't know what's going on with Dollar General but this place is the only "Affordable" place in town to shop and doing so has become increasingly more inconvenient over time. I do want to note that all of the employees are always really nice and friendly, and none of this is really their fault but man this place is...

I found everything I needed. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful aside from the one who was on the phone for a very long time. She finally called us over but after we loaded everything from our cart on the counter she said that we needed to move to the other checkout. She didn't help move any of our things. She had the other employee help us. I thought that she was very unprofessional and rude towards us as customers and to her fellow employee. To the gal who politely helped us find things when we were shopping even though she was restocking by herself, came up front, moved our stuff to her checkout and rang up our order wearing smile, I give 5 stars! I had left one of my bags at the store on 11/13/20 and I tried calling them to let them know I would be back in the morning to get it. For 3 hours the line was busy, so i waited until they opened on Sat. morning. Line was still busy. It took the cashier a couple of minutes to find my bag, and i had her check my receipt so i wasn't stealing anything. I told her about the phone problem and she sai "yeah, we've been having trouble for a while." Please address this so it will save customers extra trips that they may not...
