Integrity Meats — Local services in Churubusco

Over the last couple weeks, Ive visited Integrity Meats a couple times purchasing different meats and products every time. Ive purchased the dry aged ribeye steak, flat iron steaks, hamburger, beer bratwurst, pork chops, peppered bacon, bacon, nitrate free bacon, beef sticks, cheddar beef sticks, and Jalapeño cheddar beef sticks. I have yet to purchase a bad product yet. Every meat has been superior in quality. No glues, no dyes, no garbage. Just good cuts of quality meats that are juicy and flavorful.

I have also purchased other products that they carry from other small businesses such as cheeses that are produced by a local dairy farm, fruit juices, and tallows.

The two gentlemen that I have worked with everytime I go in are always knowledgable, helpful, friendly, and great to do...

They close kinda early for a consumer style business unable to purchase from them if you work past five. I will have to find a different meat shop for the future. I was able to go down to the other Meat shop that was right down the road the guy was also leaving, but he He stopped, pulling out as I was pulling in to sell me what I wanted to buy, and those are the kind of people I would prefer to spend my money with the place is called pork and Cleaver, I believe. This is our second year as Integrity customers. Last year, we had our beef processed here and couldn’t be happier with how it’s held up over the past 12 months. Everything was vacuum-packed, clearly labeled, and every cut was perfect. We didn't have a single issue which is impressive considering it's over a hundred pounds of meat. We had such a a great experience that this year we decided to get a half hog for the first time as well.
