CVS Pharmacy — Local services in Cicero

This CVS has the best employees. They are doing the best they can. I have watched them for 3 years struggle. Yes it takes longer and sometimes can be out of medicine but the way I see people treat them is horrible. They are short staffed and went through a pandemic just like the rest of us. If you have patience and want a awesome staff this is the best CVS pharmacy. I dont know any of them personally but have seen them for the last 8 years. This pharmacy is a joke. They cant seem to get prescriptions filled in a timely manner, or give you a remotely close eta of when your prescription will be filled when you call to check. Theyll tell you 20 minutes, but itll take them 3 hours. We called at 2 to get a script filled, they said 20 minutes, we went to the gym, its 450 and it still isnt filled.
