Foods great, organization is bad.
Walked in to order for takeout today, had to walk through crowd of people at door just standing around, no host area, no signs for direction, seating is entirely packed and people are just randomly standing around, solid start, see cash register with worker at far end of bar, fantastic, waited 7 minutes for person ahead of me to get rang out on an already complete order, in that time realized there was no clear area to receive the food for takeout and I didn't wanna wall sit for 10 minutes in the cramped dining area, left, not sure if that guy ever checked out or not, as I left had to walk through group of people in front of door just hanging out again. This was after looking to order online (you can't) and calling (voicemail).
Seems like the business just isn't ready for the customer base it has.

Read moreWe've "bien" eating Bien since they were operating out of the veterans building. The food has always been fresh, delicious and a refreshing change of what is presented as Mexican around here. Personally, we adore the carnitas and rarely get anything besides that. The queso is to die for and makes the nachos a religious experience.
The best part is the margaritas! Finally someone who knows how to make a proper, classic margarita. I don't drink unless it's wine with a steak or a margarita at Bien. They toured Mexico to see what goes into a genuine margarita and the research paid off. If you've only had the huge mix margaritas, do yourself a favor and grab one here. It is fresh, well-balanced and refreshing.
The staff is always friendly and Angela cares passionately about her business. We've been eating here for years, check it out and find out why! ORDER...
Read moreI was happy with the service from the staff. The female who took my order was fantastic and so sweet!! The food was fine. The main problem I had was with the OWNER. She had a terrible nasty attitude and acted like the one question I asked about a food item they don’t have was an issue or I was with a nasty look on her face the entire duration I was in there eating. I typically don’t post negative reviews but Cicero is a weird place in itself and not being a native here and moving out of the city is already a burden so was looking forward to having another food option. I won’t ever step foot in her establishment again all due to her attitude. She should be thankful for the business that she is receiving and put her nasty ego aside. I’ll keep going to la cascada where the vibes...
