I had an issue with my laptop and ended up taking it over. He looked at it and reviewed it for about 10 minutes then told me that I needed that it would be back to normal factory settings like new. Seems like a great idea because I had an issue With my laptop and which it wasn’t working the way I wanted it to. But the pricing to speed for me $300. So what I ended up doing was contacting a buddy of mine that works in the IT department and he told me I had a profile issue to go ahead and delete my profile and guess what, that fixed all my issues on my laptop. Now, my problem with this story is if you’re just throwing around a reboot for a computer or laptop, causing everybody to lose their pictures and files and charging 300 it doesn’t really seem like a fair fix if you’re not...

I called this shop to ask about a simple laptop battery replacement, and the phone interaction was surprisingly unprofessional. The person I spoke with seemed rushed, dismissive, and barely interested in helping. I wasn’t asking for a miracle—just basic info on a battery swap—but I got vague answers and zero effort to clarify or guide me.

If a repair shop can’t handle a courteous phone inquiry, it doesn’t inspire confidence in their actual service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere—somewhere that values customers from the first point of contact.

There is lots of things to tell about this store.All good. You feel welcomed as soon as you get in. the staff is very straightforward, honest and trustworthy.The best interest of the customers comes first,at all time. His knowledge and expertise is beyond measure.Very efficient with customers needs and wants. The prices meet everybody budget. Almost very hard to beat them. It is a huge plus to have this particular store in the Cicero area. Would not think twice in checking this store again and again when it has to do with repair or purchase of any electronic items the store has , offer and provides.
