Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in West Chicago Township

Everything you've ever heard about this location is true, and this is coming from someone who usually size with any form of customer facing job, whoever runs this needs to be checked for any possible mental impairments or some form of unique and rare autism, I say this as no form of joke if someone is not sure if I'm being serious, I want to remind the people here that I'm in the top 10% of reviewers on Google. So believe me when I tell you go any place else.

I ordered a pizza with standard cut light sauce. Heavy on the cheese, there was so little cheese that the ingredients rolled off. And whoever cut couldn't even do a straight line. I don't see not one triangle on this pizza. And they even cut through the cardboard box.

Anytime they tell you that they can't stay on the phone. Because they're overcrowded, it's a lie. Their reputation is so famously bad that the only time they really get any customers is because there's so many Little Caesars in the area. People mistakenly order from them.

Stay away from this location.

They literally may be the worst Little Caesars in the entire state.

Disappointing Experience with Little Caesars via DoorDash

I'm extremely disappointed with my recent experience ordering from Little Caesars through DoorDash. I placed a small order, expecting quick delivery, but it's been an unacceptable wait.

For a pizza place that prides itself on being "Hot-N-Ready," Little Caesars has fallen short. I've waited longer for my pizza than I would at a sit-down restaurant.

Issues: Excessive wait time Poor communication from Little Caesars/DoorDash Unreliable estimated delivery times

Expectations: As a customer, I expect prompt service, especially from a quick-service restaurant like Little Caesars. A 30-60 minute wait for a small pizza order is unreasonable.

Conclusion: Unless Little Caesars improves their delivery efficiency, I wouldn't recommend ordering from them through DoorDash. There are better options for timely pizza delivery.

Possibly understaffed. Little Caesars has a small waiting space that is usually filled with customers. This is totally understandable due to the value and the price, I get it. The difficulty that I have had in the past is when I try to call Little Caesars and no one picks up the phone which means you can't place order ahead of time unless you're using the app. This reinforces standing and waiting for long periods of time that can be viewed as slightly unnecessary. There have been various times I have called this location and the phone has not been picked up. There was one occasion that I went into the Little Caesars and called the phone, heard it ringing and no staff member picked it up. Overall we're fans of Little Caesars but not of this location, I live three blocks away from this location and we'll make a point to go to another Little Caesars if needed.
