This is about my 6th or 5th time ordering from them, for I have gave them the benifit of the doubt because they have this banana pudding I love .. But today I wasted my damn money. Ordered and Italian beef w fries and pizza puff w fries for my one year old and banana pudding. As soon as I bit in the Italian beef I was disgusted, the meat just didn't sit right it tasted so undone to me. I took maybe 3 bites and gave up. Decided to eat the fries but they were stake, old, wet and soggy and barely edible. I broke the pizza puff in half for my one year old and gave him a few fries. He barely touched his food! He did not like the fries and couldn't eat them they were just inedible. I ended up making him lunch which I should have done if I knew our food would be that terrible. Wanted to try something new so I ordered from firehouse grill yesterday . I got the chicken Philly and my finance got the hot chicken sandwich. Both came with fries and mild sauce ( Iykyk ) food was AMAZING fresh to order homemade fries . The food is so FULL of FLAVOR and cooked to perfection. Chicken for both orders was JUICY . I loved it so much I came back again today . Called it in and boom just got done off the grill when I got there . I will definitely be back . I will also recommend them to family and friends. I ordered the fried Philly cheese steak, Italian beef and cheese fries. Flavor was amazing. Went to bite into the cheese steak and saw something black. Looked a little closer and pulled it from sandwich. It was literally 5 black hairs clumped together almost like it was put there on purpose. Lets just say I'm beyond words and disgusted. First and last time ever ordering from here!!!! I posted photos on this site!! I then read through comments and a guy named Robert says be nice or you might get something extra in your food.
