I really can’t say enough good things about this gym. I’ve been going for one month officially and I’ve seen a huge change in my muscle tone. For full transparency, I came into this gym already being someone who had a good workout regiment and a long history of athletics. I was hoping to push myself to the next level and this is exactly what I needed. I didn’t expect to fall in love with boxing, and I’m even considering pursuing it further. The gym is extremely diverse and as a woman I feel very comfortable here which is important to me. Jeff is knowledgeable and has a great team of trainers who are there to help without judgement. I am 44 years old and at least a hundred pounds overweight. Last year at this time, I could barely walk from one room to the next but I changed my way of eating and a couple months ago I started going to the gym. The only advice I can give a newcomer is not to be afraid to ask questions since some of the information isn't always obvious or some of the exercises may be new.
