The only reason I set up an account was to get a cashiers check and because the bank teller told me about a $350 bonus that I would get if I set up a direct deposit within the first 90 days of opening a bank account. I set up an appointment with James Negrelli to open my account and during the process of him opening my account he talked about his personal life and did not properly set up my account or show me that there was an OFFER CODE. I was only told that if I set up my account within the 90 days I would receive that “bonus” (that’s what they called it) I was very upset when after I was paid and did not receive that bonus, I called them and was told some bs about looking for the offer code and they’ll send it in the mail or my email.
