This has to be the worst Kroger in the entire Cincinnati Metropolitan area. You're greeted with a horribly dirty and un-maintained parking lot full of carts everywhere. They make no effort to stop multiple people from parking in the fire lane out front at a time. I have walked past multiple cars just parked there for far longer than it took me to go in, get my stuff, and then get out of the store. Meaning they are there for 30+ mins unattended, but no one does anything about it. Good luck to the local fire department if they ever have an emergency situation there. They have trouble keeping their small selection of items (compared to other stores) stocked properly. The meat & seafood department is a joke. There are like 5 total choices for cuts of beef. Ground (if you can even call that a cut), roasts, then absurdly expensive ribeye's and filets. Haven't ever seen a sirloin, flank steak, london broil, etc. there ever in the year I've been going. I regularly can't find ANY refrigerated tea. They sell a ton of it obviously, but don't seem to make effort to alter the shelf space for it to keep it available. Frozen section is ok, but there have been times where I noticed there were literally NO frozen potatoes & frozen chicken products. They regularly run on a low staff count which only hurts more as you stand there for far too long, to spend an exorbitant amount of money for your groceries. I've regularly seen only 2 cashiers open at 5-7pm on weekdays and weekends alike (a busy time for a grocery store) and while thats happening there are usually only 6 total self checkouts. They actually have 12 self checkouts, but for some reason almost always have 6 of them turned off. Probably goes back to my low staff count comment, but it is ridiculous nonetheless. I strictly go to this store because its right by my neighborhood, but when time permits I always opt to drive across town to either Meijer or Aldi. Kroger is a greedy company, squeezing us out of our hard earned money, while raking in massive profits, and this store is probably the worst one in our whole city. Hard pass.

Edit: 5 months and almost 1200 views of this review being posted and I still haven’t heard a peep from someone at Kroger corporate, nor has any of the stuff I...

Well for starters I'm not sure if they're properly having the fried chicken that they put out to sell his cold items I purchase some on the 27th which was yesterday and my stomach had to stop sending me to the bathroom yet and also I went on the aisle with the seasonings and I was grab a season as I kept noticing I can hear some Sandy greedy stuff up under my feet and I looked down in the aisle and there's a broken glass bottle of some kind of seasoning looking like paprika or something by the time I didn't notice it a piece of that sharp glass has stuck through my tennis shoe I love that Kroger but it really isn't up to par and between this upset stomach I have and the piece of glass that I stepped on it really wasn't the best experience I've had at Kroger's. However on a more positive note as I was walking up to the self checkout to pay for me and my son's groceries I noticed a woman and her child I guess he's running up their stuff and they were about to walk out but they're registered wasn't cashed out. Long story short I asked the store clerk were they trying to put the items back because they couldn't afford to pay for it and she said yes so I said I'll pay for the rest. I couldn't stand to see that little girl's face if her mother had to take those some of those groceries out of that bag and give them back. That is called giving blessings when you can even though I don't have much myself God is good and everyone should take a lesson doesn't matter what color you are you never know if someone's going to come to your aid thru the grace of God., Well I thought I posted this last night but let me finish adding on I've been back and forth to the bathroom all night long including this morning I never had food poisoning but I know there's something wrong with that fried Chicken I'm going to be in contact with you ASAP I'm highly disappointed and for others I know I suggest you make sure the chicken is right this pandemic has thrown everything off and people are not taking their jobs seriously we just causing...

Real ghetto. I would just like to know who’s the rich entitled pos who invented u-scan? Obviously someone who’s probably never had to do his own grocery shopping. Anyway, quick question: who likes to work 8-12 hrs and then go to the grocery store and work some more? The machines SUCK! All it does is freeze up and tell me I’m doing something wrong and then I have to wait for the associate who is being pulled in 10 different directions. Should we have taken a training course or something bc I have zero desire to walk all over this giant store (after working all day), spend all of my money because, you know, “inflation” and then have to work, and read and decipher a machine that I don’t even want to deal with? Who’s evil idea was this? Why do you keep forcing us to do it!?! Do all of u companies get together and come to a consensus on how you all can annoy us more while still draining our pockets? Is that the end goal for “customer service” nowadays? I have to talk to robots on the phone if I call and have to deal with machines when I actually go to the store. It’s too much! Grocery shopping shouldn’t be this terrible but leave it to the rich spoiled brats who get positions handed down to them to make our lives absolutely miserable while at the same time literally draining our pockets. How long do you think this business model will last? You companies have gutted the working class and you simply don’t care. That’s why I don’t care if ppl steal because atp y’all deserve it! If I have to work while I grocery shop, I should get an employee discount as far as I’m concerned. Where are the savings since u hire less ppl because of these machines?? Oh yeah - corporate bonuses that’s where the savings go. Right back in the slime filled pockets of your entitled, rich IV league decision makers who most likely shop at Whole...

Went to Kroger on Sat. Mar 16th @ approximately 3 pm; green bean box had mold, on sale asparagus was wilted and gross in the center, I don't have picture of those, but I do have pictures of my sealed Romaine lettuce w BUGS in it!!! Is this Kroger new corporate standard? Yall better not blame your on the floor employees because we all know you don't pay them a thriving wage to care, and even if they did you know managers go " just cover it up "

It's Krogers as I've always felt a little high priced. But their fruits and vegetables are usually most often fresh and ripened where you need them to be. Cashiers and floor people are usually polite, respectful, kind, and helpful. They have public restrooms, handicapped ♿️ parking and access, and hot foods.

Shelves not stocked. Freezer section a mess. Broken self scan machines. Everything filthy. Typical Kroger. This is the beginning of a series on Kroger bathrooms. Always unclean and nasty. These shots are from Kroger Queen City Center, on Kenard, and Kroger Norwood.
