White Castle — Restaurant in Cincinnati

Had to cancel our trip to the zoo so came here on our way out of town. As my mom was using the bathroom, and no one was in front of me beside the car at the window, nobody greeted me or at the least said they'd be there in a moment. I felt embarrassed to tell my mom that I hadn't placed the order yet when she returned to me.

I am patient and prefer not to complain about fast food service because I get that these jobs are probably exhausting and sometimes all you can get, but it's still frustrating. It's not like I haven't worked RETAIL or anything. I regret not going to Popeyes across the street.

I saw one employee sitting on their phone in the back, on break, I guess, but like, idk, can't you sit literally anywhere else so that it doesn't look like you're just ignoring me like everybody else is? But then again, why would they bother? Nobody cares about me. I am Nobody, Odysseus' disguise, about to pluck out someone's eye. After I got back from also using the bathroom (kind of dank in a bad way, btw), my mom was in the process of ordering. The PROCESS of ordering. It was taking so long to get our order back, she started talking to the other person in line about life-goals.

The food was fine. It's White Castle. Whatever.

I want to give a shout out to your morning crew.. this crew knows how to work together. It is important to me when I order my coffee and breakfast that they have a good attitude to start help me start my day right.

Not only do they all work together really well. But they are so cheerful and kind. You feel like part of the family that they've created there at White Castle.

To have somebody to say" hi!" to you like the way they do truly makes you I feel special.

My food has been done right every single time. And every time I've gone in it's been very clean.

I appreciate this morning crew. I find it very hard to find a place that runs as well as this place.

Food we got was good, but we got handed our order in parts as if it was complete every time. “Here’s this part but we’re waiting on the fries” (but missing 4 other things from the order). Get the fries and other things from the order one by one, and then waited an additional 15~ minutes just for 3 regular sliders after being asked over 5 times by 3 different people what I was waiting on.

Pop machine has 50 choices, 48 are unavailable and no ice.
