I was just at this location 15 mins ago just for someone antagonizing me about what orders I have and what I donât have I came in with my co worker I order 3 orders she order 2 I was told to give names for each order when the food was done I only received 2 orders when I ask where the third one was the person making the food decides to ask me not once not twice but three times about what food I had and I repeated myself three times and then eventually stood up and told them they could look in the bag because 1. The 2 orders I received they called our names my third one was never called 2. The back and forth was so unnecessary it was as if she was implying that I was trying to get an extra order why would I do that when this is not my order this is a co worker order I had all three receipts 3. When I did receive the order there wasnât any acknowledgment that they didnât make the order there wasnât an apology anything I will be reaching out to corporate and I wonât be back I will not spend my time let alone my MONEY at an establishment where employees donât know how to communicate let alone know what it means to put the...
   Read moreToday about 15-20 minutes ago a coworker and I went to grab food for ourselves and for a few of our other coworkers. We placed our orders with little problems. The problem was when it came time to receive all of our orders. My coworker had placed 3 orders and myself placed 1. She received 2 of her orders and then I had received mine. When she asked about her last order her and 2 of the workers went back and forth on that particular order. My coworker offered to let them look inside the back because it seemed like they thought we were trying to get free food which was not the case because the food she was waiting on was for a coworker not herself. My coworker listed off the names we had and the name we needed. There was still rudeness coming from the worker that was cooking. Finally she looked back on her screen and seen the missing order. Not once did anyone acknowledge or apologize for missing the order or fighting with us to get the order. This made us late coming back...
   Read moreI drove over 20 min to the Mitchell location because I wanted Gold Star so badly. I got 3 chili cheese sandwiches. I got home and opened the box, I had 3 buns, cheese and not even enough meat so spread across the bottoms of the buns. I called and was told if I wasnât willing to drive back AND provide a receipt then there was nothing they could do. I told them I didnât get a receipt and the girl on the phone kept giving me the same response.
I asked for a number to corporate, she said I would need to look it up. I asked why she couldnât give it to me and she said because she didnât know it. I asked her to ask her manager she said âhe doesnât know it eitherâ. I asked for the name and number of the GM, she said the werenât allowed to give that information out.
I googled the number to corporate and left a message. Iâve still heard nothing back. Theyâre much too expensive to offer...
