(-5 stars if I could) Short: Placed online pick up order, went inside to pick up per signs on resturaunts doors (obviously the doors were unlocked), a male employee repeatedly SCREAMED at me "FRONT SERVICE IS CLOSED" without offering any explaination and showed the abysmal customer service this location has.
Full: Placed an online order, got into drive thru lane, noticed large signs on Front doors that read "No Front Serice Pick Up Only". So I went inside, a woman immediately looked confused and calmly said "Front is closed", I responded" Oh I know, I have a pick up", then the african american gentleman packing orders behind the front desk SCREAMS "WE ARE CLOSED" I resond" Even for pick ups?" he replies screaming still "WE ARE CLOSED". Frustrated that no one is listening I respond with "Well then take down the sign that says pick ups online and lock the front door". I return to my car in tears, I call the store and asked to speak to a manager the woman claimed she was one. So I explained the situation, with her consistenly interjecting that they are closed finally she hears the question I had been asking and responds with "It is closed due to COVID". Alright I get it, COVID has messed up a lot. So then I wanted to discuss the fact that her employee screamed at me for no reason, she then hung up on me mid sentence. I immediately called back more stressed out and crying again, a male answers and he claims to be a manager too. So I had to set the expectation that managers cannot hang up on their customers, I began to tell him the situation. He interjects constantly with "The front is closed" "It is Closed" without giving me COVID as a reason. Again at this point I am trying to address that fact thei employee SCREAMED AT ME FOR NO REASON! The male "manager" then says "Well you are yelling at me", I was crying as I was trying to have this conversation, you can hear my voice crackling, and it has been very clear that no one gave a damn. After I brought up the fact that I was calm and was never rude to any employees there he responded with "They explained it to you 4 times", NO THEY MADE THE STATEMENT "THE FRONT IS CLOSED" THEY NEVER EXPLAINED ANYTHING! After repeatedly bringing up the fact that the doors themselves say "Open for pick up" and that the doors were unlocked I knew these "managers" didnt care, so I asked for the store number and ended the conversation. I do not know the name of the male employee who repeatedly screamed at me since he never turned around to face me or have a civil conversation. Will NEVER return to this location and hope to see disiplanary...
Read moreCorporate really ought to take a look at these reviews!..This is my 3rd time stopping at the Mitchel rd location.... the only reason you got one star is because I had to give one to give a review... the first time I was standing in line two people in front of me, one got waited on, the other was from door dash who had been there for 25 min...they told her it will just a few min...she said thats what you told me twice before and ive been here over 25 min...now its my turn to order...1 min she said...the employees...were all laughing and goofing around while the cashier was on her cell phone...15 min after not taking my order i left followed by to other unhappy customers.......The 2nd time I tried....drive thru....placed my order pulled up and paid and was told to pull to the other side of the building and they would bring it out....i waited about 10...15 min....parked the car and went in....they looked at my receipt and said Oh....it will be just a moment...then yelld back and told them what she needed... gave my water to somebody else and left me hanging outside.... I had no time to wait I had to get back to work...Now...the 3rd time I went to the drive thru...ordered 2 no.1...just the sandwiches and she told me to pull up to the window...paid for the food...nobody in line...i sat there for about 10 min then was ask to pull up past the whites lines...ok...another 15 min goes by..and she comes out and tells me the chicken for your order are still in the freezer, would you like to order something else.... and then she started naming off all the items that they did not have...lol... I told her no thank you ,I will just take my money back..... it is really sad but you have lost a good customer over people who just don't care including your manager .... you really need to clean house there or close it... everything that I have said is absolutely 100% fact... your restaurants used to be really good.... but are...
Read moreI visit the store on April 25 went through the drive-through. My order was correct on the screen however, when I got to the window to pay, and once I received my order, my order was not correct, but however, they still charge me for the missing item so I asked them can I receive my receipt so I can make sure that the order was accurate they told me that they were out of receipt paper and they cannot provide me with the receipt for my order. They stated that I needed to go back through the drive-through and pay again and for something that I already paid for I asked to speak to the supervisor. The supervisor came to the window. She was very unprofessional her name. I asked her for her name. She stated her name was Bam Very unprofessional. she stated that there was nothing that she can do. I asked her for the corporate number or a number where I can file a complaint. She said she did not have that number either the service was horrible. Very unprofessional. I was charged for an item that I did not receive and I want my refund I was not gonna go back through the line and pay for something that I’ve already paid for I would like someone with corporate or upper management to contact me regarding my complaint.
