Just finished a study at Medpace today, and I must say that it was one of the BEST experiences I've ever had doing studies. Professional, efficient staff who got the job done while being super hospitable and friendly. They handled us with respect and courtesy. The facility is very modern and clean. They have TV areas with Netflix, or you can mirror your phone. They have computer rooms with working computers available for you to use. They also have game consoles available for use as well as board games, markers, and books. The food was delicious with nice portion sizes. I was only there for 9 days, so I don't know if they take you outside or not. You're allowed to do laundry there, and they do provide scrubs for you to wear throughout your stay. All events are done in your room, and staff always reminds you ahead of any scheduled event, so you will never be late for a procedure. They're 100 percent on top of scheduled events and make certain that EVERY procedure is done ON TIME. They PAID the SAME day of discharge and even gave us some gifts on the day of discharge. I flew in from Miami for a screening. They were not considerate of the fact that I had to catch my flight back at a certain time, and when I asked the gentleman at the front desk were they aware that I had to catch a flight back to Miami, he said “ they’re aware of your appointment, not your flight” with no concern at all. There may be one staff member who appears to be friendly, but they act as if they’re doing you a favor by allowing you to participate in a study. On top of that, I had a faulty blood pressure machine that kept giving different false readings. I’ve never in my 53 years been told that I have a high blood pressure reading. The cuff was taken off my arm and I was told, “I’m sorry. You can exit the last door to the left. I don’t care how desperate I am, I will never go back there and I don’t and wouldn’t...

THIS PLACE IS UNPROFESSIONAL !!!!! MEDPACE, WILL OVER SCHEDULE MULTIPLE SCREENINGS, THAT DECREASES THE VOLUNTEER'S CHANCES AND EFFORT IN SCREENING FOR A SPOT, TO ENROLL ON THE STUDY. PARTICULARLY, A WEEK BEFORE THE STUDY DATE CHECK IN DAY. THE STUDY MANAGER WILL TELEPHONE THE VOLUNTEER AND DISCONTINUE THEIR PRIOR APPROVED CHECK IN STATUS, WITH NO CONSIDERATION OR DISCRETION IN DOING SO. LEAVING THE VOLUNTEER CLUELESS TO THE FACT, THAT THEY HAVE SCREENED EARLY AS POSSIBLE ON THE SCREENING CALENDAR FOR THE STUDY CHECK IN DATE. REGARDLESS, OF EXCELLENT LAB RESULTS, MEDPACE WILL DO THIS AND DOESN'T CONSIDER THE WEEKS AND DAYS THAT HAVE PASSED AND TRAVEL EXPENSES INCURRED. SO WRONG !!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME...
