I contracted with Outdoor Environments to demo an old, undersized patio and lay a new 1000 sf one. I couldn't be happier with the end result and the execution of Scott & his team. You'll find that pre-sale Scott is very much to the point, in the way that an owner/GM of a 70-person company can be. He doesn't over-promise, will caution on potential challenges (like driveway issues) and frankly might come off as assuming. Personally, I find this refreshing vs. a salesman (I'm in sales) who can demur. The crew who did my job was led by a foreman who had been with OEI for 20+ years and an equipment operator over 10+. There were never less than five guys on site working HARD, showing up early and staying all day. You'll have to put up with a little mess in between--these projects are messy--but the crew wants you to be happy and will frequently consult for input before moving forward. In my case, they went above and beyond, moving three 500+ lb. planters from the original place, and replacing them exactly where we wanted them, mid-project. The end result speaks for itself. One of EOI's drivers failed to secure items in the bed of his work vehicle and a broom flew off of the truck while he was literally FLYING in the left-hand lane of 471 during rush hour traffic. Not only did he cause me to almost crash, the broom damaged my car and EOI refuses to pay for the damage. They requested photos of the damage and I provided multiple photos. Then the person that I was speaking with went on vacation. During the week or so that she was gone I traded my vehicle in (as I had been planning to do anyway). The trade-in value of my car was significantly decreased by the damage their driver caused and they refuse to accept responsibility. Very poor...

Scott and his team did an amazing job on our outdoor space, creating a new brick paved patio, fire pit, retaining wall, and walk way. It's the outdoor space we always wanted. We have had tons of compliments, and refer people to Outdoor environments every chance we get. Thanks Scott and Doug. Outdoor movie nights and college football are awesome...
