Let me start by saying this place is new, so I’m trying to make some allowances for that. Starting with the good stuff…the restaurant is very pretty, very clean, and has a great vibe. Music was a little loud, inhibiting conversation. Chairs were super comfy-so many places don’t realize how important that is. We were greeted by everyone we passed-they were very friendly. Menu is only available by QR code, and is a bit random. There doesn’t seem to be a lot of consistency with it as it jumps from avocado toast to chicken wings to sliders. We asked for waters, and also ordered a coffee and orange juice. The orange juice never arrived. The waters were never refilled and the coffee only was once asked for. We placed our orders based on the limited menu descriptions. Unfortunately, the descriptions and the reality of the dishes weren’t always the same. Turkey gravy and biscuits? Fluffy biscuits and tasty gravy, perfect. Potato cakes, served with a side of fresh fruit and a protein? No fresh fruit arrived and the potato cakes were almost inedible-they were chock full of red and green peppers and white onion, none of which is mentioned on the menu. Eggs ordered over medium came fried rock hard. When three of our diners were receiving their orders, that’s when the server informed us that they were out of the shrimp and grits that the fourth had ordered. Totally unacceptable to wait until everyone else is being served to tell us! She reordered the fish and grits and it was really good-but when three people are eating and one is not, that’s awkward. I observed other tables being served at separate times as well-all entrees need to come together. I hope they can improve on this-a good restaurant manager is a must, and I don’t think there is one here. Based on this visit, we...

Visited Brunch Delux to gather with my family to celebrate the life of my Grandfather Dave Parker after his burial Friday morning. The atmosphere started off great until things took a turn once our food arrived to the table.
We all ordered the build your own pasta and once the dish arrived to the table, the pasta “sauce” was watery and flavorless. We decided to send our dishes back as we were unhappy with the results & asked to substitute the meal with something different.
I ordered two piece of salmon and an order of shrimp to sub my watery Alfredo shrimp pasta.
Waited 45 minutes for the salmon and shrimp just to have shrimp & grits bought to my table. I let the manager Paul know that I did not order shrimp and grits & that at this point I no longer want anything else & would just like a refund. The manager became very unprofessional & disrespectful starting a great dispute with my sister, mother & I in front of the entire restaurant after refusing to refund our bill due to the consist mistakes and lack of professional from the owner. I am very disappointed with this establish as I was hoping for a great experience especially considering we were then in time of mourning and wanted to celebrate my grand father.

Read moreWas in town visiting friends wanted to support a B.O.B, epic fail! We arrived at approx 1:15pm and was told it would be about an hour wait, so we put our name on the list along with our phone number and was told we would receive a call..We left came back about 2pm and was told are name was already called(NO ONE EVER CALLED us via phone by the way as they stated they would when we 1st arrived). At any rate we were finally seated, our waitress was a sweetheart,Ja'rayha(my apologies for the misspelling). We ordered the potato cakes, with eggs your way(mine we re scrambled) w/turkey sausage. We waited well over 30 minutes for our food and was disappointed when it finally arrived. Potato cakes were just ok, my eggs were a little burnt and the turkey sausage was only pan seared on one side. By then I was Hangry, so I ate what I could, paid and left a tip. However, the overall ambience of the restaurant is nice, the decor is welcoming. However, there is definitely room for improvement. Im praying things turn around as this place is fairly new and has potential. Peace...
