Unbelievable dining experience at Black Diamond Steak House!

From start to finish, everything was perfection. The filet was cooked absolutely flawlessly — tender, juicy, and bursting with flavor. It practically melted in my mouth. The sautéed butter button mushrooms were the perfect complement — rich, savory, and downright addictive.

The signature cocktails were incredible too — beautifully crafted, perfectly balanced, and honestly some of the best we’ve had anywhere. You can tell the bartenders really know their stuff.

And then there’s the bourbon molasses pecan pie… WOW. It’s one of those desserts you keep thinking about long after you’ve left. Sweet, nutty, warm, and just the right touch of bourbon — truly the perfect ending to an unforgettable meal.

The atmosphere was sophisticated and welcoming, and the staff couldn’t have been nicer. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel special.

I wanted nothing more than to give this place a 5 because Circleville desperately needs more restaurants like this to come in, but I can’t do it. It started off good with the bread and drinks being brought out timely. But then they forgot my step mom’s sangria. When our food finally arrived they had no idea who had what or even what their own cuts of steak look like. My dad’s salmon was raw in the middle. We had 2 sides that were forgotten and didn’t show up until it was almost time to check out. When I said I didn’t need the side can you just take it off the bill? Oh no we can’t do that because it’s part of the steak meal. But I can put it in a box for you. Gee, thanks. We went to the. Circleville restaurant for our 46th wedding anniversary. We had high hopes for this to be great and we would have a new upper scale steak place to dine. While the service was excellent, the food was mediocre at best. The prime rib was disappointing as they had overcooked it and only served medium and not medium rare. With the prices we expected more. My husbands sirloin was good and cooked right but he said not any better than a chain steakhouse steak. We were glad we tried it but will probably just head north on 23 from now on for better food.
