I do not take leaving a bad review lightly but I feel other brides should be warned so they don’t waste their time here. I 100% do not recommend this shop. They should not be advertising as a bridal shop because they refuse to allow you to come try on wedding dresses. Over a 3 month span I have tried to make an appointment 4 different times and was refused an appointment every time. I have been nothing but patient with them every time they told me no. My 3rd attempt at making an appointment I finally asked them when would work for them to get an appointment and was told any day except Sundays after May 17th so I waited as requested to call to make an appointment for the 23rd and yet again I’m told no. When I told them we have been trying for months they had zero care. My daughter has put off dress shopping for months waiting on this place and for them to show such disregard to us is as unprofessional as it gets. Needless to say we will be taking our business elsewhere and I highly recommend you do not waste your time with this place. They have zero care or respect for brides. **Edit based on their response making it sound like I was being impatient or unreasonable which is 100% not the case. The fact that we waited for months trying to get an appointment should show we were more than patient and understanding with them as they kept telling us no to every appointment attempt. I’m adding pictures of my attempt to make an appointment and you can see their response telling me ANY Day after May 17th. All other communication was over the phone. I find it extremely unprofessional to attempt to put this back on me. If they are not willing to do bridal appointments for several months then they should put that out there and be honest from the beginning. Had they said we don’t do bridal February thru May then we would have respected that and immediately found another bridal shop but that was NEVER said. I also want to add the message I attached below was the only time I asked about an appointment that would be considered late notice and I asked about coming another day as you can see in the message. All other attempts were phone calls at the beginning of the week asking about an appointment for the weekend. I am happy to say we did find a real bridal shop that was very accommodating and professional right from the start. I highly recommend a bridal shop located near Unusual Junction in West Lafayette, google it you won’t be disappointed. They have huge selection of wedding and Prom dresses and they were amazing to work with. They are very responsive and treat every customer with kindness...

The staff there was absolutely AMAZING! The dresses were also amazing! My daughter bought both of her prom dresses from this year and last year from here and we were planning on coming back here for the next 7-8 years for her and our other daughter. HOWEVER....I will NOT allow someone to tell my daughter she needs to go on a diet because of a dress she likes and wants. We were told she can get the dress and turn the back into a corset since it was a little too tight and could not be let out. She then says...or she can just go on a diet so she is able to fit into the dress. Excuse tf out of me?! If you was unable to take the dress out that's fine! I understand that! I do not think it's okay for an overweight streamstress to tell young girls that they need to go on a diet to fit into a dress. I was honestly blown away by this remark. Mind you my daughter is 16, 5'4 and 120 pounds! I'm supposed to tell her to go on a diet because of a dress she wants when we were told the dress can be made to fit her perfectly for prom?! Sorry but this is not okay at all! We absolutely LOVE this store but im not going to allow my daughter to be made to feel bad about herself when there is nothing to feel bad about! ** I want to edit and make sure EVERYONE is clear on the fact that the employees here are AMAZING PEOPLE and go out of their way to make sure you are happy with your dress! They have soooo many beautiful dresses and options it's amazing! My oldest is coming here for future dances for the next 2 years and my youngest when she starts high school next year! I have yet to find a place that beats the dresses this shop offers! The lady that said that to me does NOT work here! Again, the employees are wonderful! I do plan on coming here for future dances for both of my girls, however, we will use someone else if...
