Watt Street Tavern — Restaurant in Circleville

Great Place, Great Food, Excellent Value. My wife and I wanted to go someplace different during the cold spell we are having right now, she does business in Circleville so we decided to try this place. The place itself is roomy and very inviting it's separated into two side a bar side with dining and a larger area in the the back for bigger groups. The lighting is low and warm it has an industrial kinda feel. My wife loves the type of crunchy ice they use. She calls it hospital ice cause that's what she chewed on when she was pregnant in the hospital. We ordered for an appetizer the stuffed mushrooms and it is the same dish most places have it was good nothing bad well seasoned, made very well served hot and quick. We both had the red beans and rice. She had the bourbon chicken and I the sausage. A great dish for a cold night if you like a little spice order the sausage if you like sweet order the chicken. My wife and I both were pleased with this meal again nothing stood out but it was well made good purport ions just a really good meal. We finished with bread pudding dessert and it was great as well. Perfect for this cold season. So I placed a order tonight for a large all the way pizza and 12 chicken wings (well done) not 12 boneless wings… So once my husband got here and we saw that we had 12 boneless wings cooked well done I called in and spoke with a manager by the name of Steward who wanted us to bring the chicken back and wait another 25 minutes to get them which was unrealistic considering we had already waited for this dinner. And when you are hungry and worked all day he had ate a couple of the very dry overcooked boneless wings so the manager was like bring those back and we will cook the kind that we ordered but by then we only had 10 at this point and who wants to wait another 25 minutes after he even stated that the person that took the order should have asked… Now you own a restaurant and I’m pretty sure no one orders boneless chicken to be cooked well done!!! Steward you should think of your customers and at least have offered some sort of solution for another day because that was not our fault! I ordered chicken wings not boneless wings!!!!! Think of yourself as a customer… Our boneless chicken well done was very dry and me knowing the restaurant industry I know that you were only going to throw it out anyway! SERVICE...

Very poor customer service. I just went through the drive thru and picked up a called in order. As I was driving home, I noticed the fries were white and barely cooked. So I called immediately to tell them I would be returning them and would like replacements. I brought the rest of the food home, and then noticed they also got my burger wrong (mayo instead of ketchup), and forgot my wife’s salad. So I called back and told them I needed these replaced as well. When I got back there for the replacements, they brought me another hamburger with mayonnaise instead of ketchup!! I showed the guy immediately. He came back to tell me it would be 20 minutes for another hamburger!!! After paying over $60 for my food to be wrong twice, now they want me to wait 20 minutes for a replacement hamburger?? I asked for my money back for the burger because I was not waiting that long. A manager came to the window to ask what was wrong and to tell me they won’t give refunds! Because people in the past “abused it”!! I said how am I abusing anything when you guys get my order wrong twice! This is terrible customer service and I will not be going back there to get my “credit” for my hamburger they couldn’t even put the correct...
