Hollywood Rock Smoke Shop — Local services in Citrus Heights

I go to this place ALL the time. I spent well over $1000 there a year for a few years, especially when I was living in the area. It WAS my main smoke shop. The old man was always really cool. If something was BROKEN he would replace or it or exchange itno problem. Probably because I’ve been a loyal customer for so long. So yesterday if go in there and bought something for like $56. I gave the dude $60 and told him to keep the change. Then I’m he asks me “you don’t need a torch.” I said no and looked at the torches and said sure give me this ZICO torch. $23 dollar not bad. So the next day I go to refill it and it’s leaking out of the bottom, I go in there tell the guy what happened and he kinda laughed in my face a little and said “what do you want me to do about it.” EXCHANGE IT. REPLACE IT. IM NOT ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK. ITS BEEN NOT EVEN 24 HRS. I COME HERE ALL THE TIME. AND HE REFUSES TO DO IT FOR DESPITE HOW MUCH MONEY IVE SPENT AND HOW LONG IVE BEEN...

It is Tuesday September 12th and I open the door to Hollywood Rock and I am rudely greeted with a hand in the air and you can't put your bike in here before I even got a chance to say anything and I said I'll go shop somewhere else and the owner was cool with that you know I was just about to spend up to $200 in his f** store and he threw that business away for Life what idiot don't ever shop here it is dead there's not one person around except to go to the casino and this guy's chewing business away...

Great place me and my family & friends frequently shop this store REALLY NICE PEOPLE! and they have ALL MY smoking accessories, incense, everything you need to have a good time and look good while doing so! body, ear and face jewelry, colored contacts :) and lots of apparel to choose from and Sac Cali's Finest Apparel is dropping there new rip and recycled fashion i heard is going to be hot!!!!! I'm excited TO SEE EVEN MORE GREAT ITEMS ADDED TO THIS...
