Seems like this is not a one off thing. I really tried and wanted to support this small business, but the owner Trish made it impossible. Unprofessional, defensive, and more focused on money than providing value. After being overcharged I was met with attitude, blame everything but accountability .... was actually told she was glad I'm not coming back. Accused me of yelling at her/raising my voice because I was questioning the charges. Very micro-aggressive, very Wild. $55/month to be charge at their will. On the bright side it's 24 hours & you are provided towels. There are definitely better options around Sacramento, l'd recommend checking out Fitness System or Stoik Gym...

Kept charging us after closing the gym and refuses to reimburse us for the 4 months she charged us while the gym was no longer open.

Trish claims she told us our account would transfer to the new gym in an email. The email she sent does not say that. It says "I’d like to offer all current OG members access to the new Citrus Heights location at your current rate for the rest of the year."

That is an offer. Not a statement that the account would transfer from one gym to another, and we never accepted this offer in person nor in writing.

I can share the entire email if necessary, including her response when I requested the refund.
