Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Citrus Heights

Man, these guys are terrible as a chain as far as service. Good deals sometimes in the app or flyer. The bad service goes far and wide with them from being wrong and argumentative to not working with the customer (I ask for just beans in their rice & beans side and they refuse to do so or complain that you get what you get since they put it together in advance once you do a mobile order, or just flat out shorting you a biscuit in that box that fits one less so they use it as an excuse), to blindly giving you wrong sauces/no sauces that you ordered. Overall the service here is better than the one in Greenback and the other ones but it isn't by much. This chain needs to get their crap together.

Update: Kids wanted it so we tried it again. Got our sides wrong AFTER I asked for them a certain way in the drive thru and they asked us to wait 5-10 min because of it. So yeah, had to go inside to get that fixed. Oh, and they forgot the honey spread and jelly we asked for with the biscuits (and paid for, which is new). Can't say much good about these...

Tonight was the worst experience at this particular Popeyes. We ordered 4 combos but only got 3 fries. I went and asked for the missing fries and was told a fresh batch was coming up and he would bring them out. I never saw them. I ordered a 4 pc combo and told the kid I wanted mixed, 1 of each piece of chicken. I got 1 wing and 3 breasts because he "couldn't find" and other chicken. All of the tables were a mess. We picked the cleanest one but I still needed to ask for napkins to wipe it off. Oh yeah, there were no napkins available where they usually are. I then went up and asked for 3 boxes for our left overs and told him I didn't need the missing fries. He acted like he had no idea what I was talking about.

We live near a closer store but don't go there because this type of stuff happens there. Did not expect it here and for as much money as we spent I am not happy at all. I will be contacting the manager in...

It’s a really frustrating when you pay that much money 40+ dollars for two meals. You absolutely do not get what you ordered. Half of your chicken is missing. Your side orders are completely wrong. Your fries are cold. Wrong drink. Completely wrong order. Not to mention you’re forced to have spicy chicken at the window after you’ve already paid because they have no more original, but don’t tell you that when you’re trying to order at the box. This is the last time I’ll ever eat here and I would really suggest anytime you go through the line to check your order before leaving the line. not to mention, they didn’t give me a receipt and when I asked for a receipt, they acted like I was crazy and they don’t do receipts. I’m gonna say I think your employers are stealing from your operation. There’s no way that they put my order in and got it that wrong without providing a receipt super shady and I feel...
