We called them to come and service my parents pool that has not been touched since about January. They told us when they came out. It would take 3 to 5 visits for them to do stuff. The first two days they came. They came on a Wednesday and put chlorine in the pool. Then they came on a Friday and put more chlorine in the pool. By the time Monday came, the pool was back Greener than what it was when I started. So then they changed it to where now they’re gonna come daily seeing that the size of my parents pool needed to be addressed on a daily routine versus every other day. They came out here, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and pour chlorine in the pool. And is still barely even showing chlorine on a test. The only thing that they have done is take the pool from a green to a light Caribbean blue color. But the pool is still cloudy. You cannot see past maybe 6 inches in the water. They refused to vacuum the pool until the pool is perfectly clear. It takes him five minutes to go through and brush the entire pool. And if you look at the pictures of my parents pool, it is not small by no means. My parents have a DE filter system. In their idea of cleaning this pool. Is back flushing it all the time. Well for that, we could’ve had the pool, drained and cleaned completely and then refilled back up. He refuses to vacuum the pool blindly because he cannot see the bottom. Instead of realizing that there is stuff on the bottom that he could vacuum up. Once again, I’m having to add water to the pool because of them back, flushing it to clean the filter. If you look at the the before and after with the pool. That is all that they have done with the pool. They have never made the pool actually clear where you could see the bottom.. I was told it was a supervisor who was coming out to my house to do the work on the pool. But yet it took him five minutes to brush this entire pool. Which tells us that you’re not brushing everything. And then you’re not even attempting to try and vacuum it or arrange to get the vacuum for your company so you’re not even using our pump and filter system. I’m not gonna have the hose running in the pool constantly to fill it up so that you can vacuum it only when it’s clear. And the reason I said to have the hose running. Because we have a DE filter system and the way that system gets cleaned is you have to backwash it all the time. I would not recommend using pool troopers whatsoever. All they do is scam you and lie. Knowing we were on a time crunch to get this done for the celebration of life for my father. They just dragged their feet and took their time. Here are pictures of the gauges when we put the new filter system inand how quickly it got dirty and stops pumping water so I had to turn it off. And then here’s the way the pool was to where they left it. And then here’s a picture of what it’s supposed to be like.
Since I can’t reply to their comment. I will edit mine and put it here as a screenshot in my photos of their comment. we took our water and had it tested at two different places after they left and did what they did. And we were told they were not doing anything but harming my pull more than what it was. My other levels were through the roof. As they were not balancing everything. There was still a crap load of algae in there that they’re not even killing because they’re leaving all of these other levels high. they knew we were on a major time crunch. And all they wanted to do was drag their feet and take their time. They refused to vacuum my pool. They wanted to wait until it’s perfectly clear instead of getting a portion of the stuff on the bottom out.
They told me they needed to schedule to have the vacuum for them to do it. But my DE filtration system was fine. Only to find out. This is the worst kind to have in a pool this large. This is also not the kind to use when your pool is completely green and you have to get it back working. If your pool is functioning on a normal scale, then that kind of pool pump is fine. But not when the pool goes...

My experience to date 08/12/2025 with Pool Troopers has been exceptional. Dallas continues to do a fantastic job every week and always keeps us informed about our pools condition. Not only has he maintained my pool on a weekly basis keeping it in meticulous condition, pool troopers has also performed maintenance on my pool filtering system, upgrading my equipment, to where my entire system is in like new condition.
They also just recently replaced our pool pump and pool pump motor after Dallas identified a problem with the motor (bearing ticking sound) followed by the technician finding a crack in the pool pump assembly as well. Both due to the age of the equipment.
The scheduling was easy and accommodating, with the technicians being extremely professional and knowledgeable. The repair was completed within 3 days and the pool is operating and looking great.
I strongly recommend Pool Troopers for your pool needs; and as a satisfied customer feel very comfortable making that recommendation.

——————————————————————— Just switched to Pool Troopers for the cleaning and maintenance of our pool and pool equipment. Nicole came out prior and was extremely professional and informative on what we could expect from Pool Troopers. We found that to be very true and found their service to be outstanding. We were home during their visit and they were very professional and well trained. They performed all the actions on their checklist and left the poll and surrounding areas sparkling and very clean. Having owned polls on the past we know good and bad pool service. They deserve 10 Stars for the job they did. Finally, it was very easy to navigate their web site to open our account and they started promptly after establishing our account, arriving on time and on the day scheduled for our poll service. If first impressions, are best impressions, they are a company to use for your poll service. Thank you Pool Troopers for an outstanding service.
** TEN STARS - Follow on after a few weeks; the service and cleaning is excellent. Alex serviced our pool again today and did an outstanding /exceptional job. He is very professional, polite, knowledgeable, and skilled in his craft. Alex represents Pool Troopers very well. Thank you for a job...
Read moreIt's been just about a year since our HOA contracted with Pool Troopers to maintain our pool. We had our pool remarcited/resurfaced in August of 2024. The pool looked amazing. Today, our 9 month old pool has yellow walls and what appears to be rust stains. Not ONCE did Pool Troopers notify us that the pool walls were turning yellow. We noticed and reached out to Pool Troopers on April 27th. As of today, May 23rd, our walls are still yellow and appear to be getting worse. The attached pictures were just taken on May 21st. Pool Troopers continues to tell me it is the well water causing this, but WE ARE NOT ON WELL WATER. I also received the following email on 5/16/2025, 9 months after the resurfacing, from their office staff "I am reaching out to you to see if you are ready to proceed with the filter grid replacement that we were holding off on until the resurface was complete. This will also help pull some of those metals out too so I think it is a good time to move forward." This is laughable. 9 months later you are going to email us and ask about filter grid replacement? Clear instructions were given when the pool was resurfaced that the whole system was too be inspected and any and all issues were to be repaired. Pool Troopers flooded our pool NOT once, but twice. The autofill was NOT working, thus the switch was turned off. Now, common sense would be to question why the autofill switch is turned off before turning it on and leaving. They turned it on twice within just a few weeks of each other causing a loss of thousands of gallons of water. The list goes on with the mistakes they have made and frankly I am tired of babysitting a company that is getting paid to do a job. Pool Troopers has terminated our contract, no loss there, because I believe they do not wish to be accountable for their techs ongoing mistakes. Good luck if you are a commercial pool and do business with them. Added 6/23/2025. A full audit was completed on their billing and we found discrepancies where we actually overpaid us. I emailed Pool Troopers inquiring about the overpayments that they NEVER reflected on our invoices. After my email, they did credit back the overpayments to us. Sadly, though, it appears as though they sent us a final bill NOT including the credits and expecting payment. They were NOT going to tell us about the credits. I consider this theft on their part for NOT...
